I know a guy who did something similar. He quit his job because his paychecks bounced for about a month straight. His boss kept stringing him along saying it was a bank error. But when he quit and demanded his months worth of pay, his boss literally told him flat out "Go **** yourself." He kept harassing his boss (ex boss) for a short time still demanding payment. He threatened to call the police, and his boss laughed and said (try to prove it! You work under the table. Its my word againt yours."
Sadly, his boss was right. The only proof he had at all were the bad checks, and they were just personal checks made out to CASH. So by this time my friend was furious. He cut the tires on his boss' truck. Then called and threatened him. Boss still would not budge. So he got a few "associates" together one night to pay his boss a visit.
About 3am, a van pulled up to the house and 4 guys got out each holding a cinder block. A phone call eas made to the boss' house (by one of the guys ) demanding payment or "he will be sorry". The boss told the guy to **** off, and within seconds cinder blocks came crashing thru several windows of his house all while he was still on the phone.
The next day the boss paid up in full. But then the police also came to question my friend, who had an alibi.
He was questioned a few more times over the next month, but no charges were ever filed. Apparently they didnt have enough evidence to make the charges stick. :ninja:

He told me thos crazy story and I laughed it off thinking he was joking. Then he drove me by the boss' house to show me that he had most of his windows boarded up. And it was NOT during hurricane season, so there was no other reason for the windows to be boarded up. :dunno:

But that ain't "BLOWING IT UP"...
That's breaking windows...

The guy Michael was talking about went under the house... ( no names will be mentioned)...loosened a natural gas line so it was spewing gas out... placed 2 sticks of dynamite under the house ... waited a couple of minutes and then set off the dynamite.
The whole damn house went up in a big bang...

That's what I meant by "BLOWING IT UP"....

Until I get it legally mine, fWONk dat Blazer.

You might just have to scrap that sob. Or start parting it out... Possession is 9/10ths of the law... haha!

I'll expound on what Brian said..

Start charging 'em STORAGE fee! Send them a bill for storage and back date it. Give them a due date and threaten late fees. If they don't pay up OR transfer the title, you'll have it impounded.

Maybe that'll motivate 'em!

I believe that they already owe him money now. A few more $$$ on a car may not make any difference to his sister-in-law.
