Anyone happen to know if bolt pattern for rims are the same for a 63 chevy stepside c10 and a 08 chevy reg cab 1500?

From what I've found online, the lug pattern is the same, but may require wheel spacers to clear control arms and such.

Ok thanks!They are both 6 lug so i was thinking they would. But such a wide gap in years i was not for sure.

You have to watch out for the center bore too. Some hubs are larger than the new ones.

The reason i am asking is i am considering buying a 08 reg. cab 1500 with 59k and a 5.3. It has 22 rims but if it don't look stupid, dumb idea i hav some 15 rims. Stock size was like 17. What ya'll think?

15 inch rims won't fit a late model truck. Brakes are too big. 17 is as small as you can go.

I didnt know a 63 C10 had 6 lug wheels. I thought is was 5 lug til around mids 90's when they switch to the 6 lug on the gmt400 trucks.
