I actually AM too lazy to Choose a Custom Title
Just a day after the 5 month anniversary of this project, my rear brakes are done.
Sort of.
Bought the right parts this time.
Project went fairly smoothly. Pulled the first rotor off and find a curved piece of something fell out on the floor. Thought it was just a big chunk of rust. On further examination- it's the lining from one of the e-brake shoes. Fell right off the backing plate. Since I didn't have any crazy glue, or replacement shoes, I just left it off. Maybe in a year or two I'll get around to replacing it I don't really need that part, right?

Just got the replacement e-brake shoes from Rockauto, maybe I'll put them in sometime in the next 6 months
