If they had been out when I bought my truck in november, I might well have been one of the folks driving one. Not sure I would have been willing to go with a drivetrain that untested, but i would have thought long and hard about it.

...before anyone says it, I don't consider the switch to direct injection quite as big a jump as far as changes go on my current truck. :)

Agreed. Maybe year two.. or three, after they've worked most of the kinks out.

I say that, but I'm pretty sure I'll be tempted to be a year one Colorado or Canyon owner.. :uhoh: :lol:

I'd still rather have a 2500 or 3500 with a real diesel lol..... But the claimed 28 mpg would be nice
