Power Brake Booster Replacement

I dont have all data since I graduated auto school. Do I have to anything special when replacing the brake booster? Mine is bad

97 k1500 350 3 door

Nope. Pull the vacuum line, unclip the brake pedal, unbolt from firewall, separate brake cylinder from booster. Replace gasket, reverse procedure for installation.

I need to swap mine out to but Oreillys want $100 for one . You would think they would be cheaper. Wish i could just have mine rebuilt but there is no one close.
