2014 Honda CR-V (wife's new car) Mobil 1 0W-20 w/Mobil 1 Filter
The new CR-V is one of the easiest oil changes I've ever done. Unscrew a little plate on the undertray. Filter hanging straight down right there, oil drain plug right next to it. Nothing to drip on or get in the way. Little nervous about that thin oil, I'm very old school but that's what Honda wants. Finding it on sale 5qts with the filter for $30 was a nice surprise.
1999 Mazda Miata Valvoline Max-life 5W-30, Purolator filter
It's been a while, I try to remember to do it every year when it comes out of storage. I think I forgot last year
2006 Honda CR-V Quaker State High Mileage 5W-30, PureOne filter
Prepping the old CR-V for a trip to North Carolina with my daughter, she's got an internship at Duke and she'll need a car down there. Transmission fluid change is up next, brake pads arrived from Rock Auto yesterday. Debating trying to change suspension bushings, time is getting short, weather isn't cooperating, haven't tackled a job that big in a while.
