Polishing fake chrome

I think somebody mention Meguiars plastic polish before was good for chrome plastic.

Here's a picture of mine except mine doesn't have the red pin stripe but has rust streaks from where the screws were holding it on.

That one's aluminum. Most any mag wheel polish will shine it up. That was before they made them out of plastic.

ok, so mother's aluminum polish or neverdull will work?.

It should. Try a small spot first but I believe it will.
