Painting Question

Will a rustoleum 200 degree spec paint hold up on a wheel hub thats inside of a brake drum or should I use the rustoluem 2000 degree high heat paint?

I would get the High temp header paint. Then there will be no doubting it holding up.

I have had great luck with VHT caliper paints for anything around the wheels. Whether it was calipers, rotors, drums or parts.
