Bedliner.

As I mentioned before, the Duplicolor Bed Armor with Kevlar is what I used on my Frontier. I is applied with a roller/brush, and it had a very nice texture when I was done (3 coats). It is also not supposed to fade, and is supposed to be very durable. I didn't have a single chip after several months of use. Compared to my factory paint, which was solid rock chips all along the lower body, I thought this was great.

Everything I have heard about that stuff has been negative. It supposedly fades, is not very durable, peels off, etc. I was trying to give you another product option before you waste your money on a crappy product. I have not used the rustoleum myself, so maybe you will have great luck, but I did LOTS of research before I sanded down the rockers on my 2 year old truck. Good luck with your project.

Just make sure that whatever you do that the surface is EXTREMELY clean before applying anything. Dishsoap does a great job of cleaning fingerprints, oil marks, etc off the paint. After drying, chuck everything out (cracks, crannies, etc) All my body armor is painted with the gallon roll on kits from A.Z. All the body panels and such that we have we had done by a shop. That way we get some sort of little bitty warranty if anything is wrong with the job itself. If we had a place to do this (paint booth) we would shoot it.
