My seat in my King Cab kills my back!

Right now I can't afford to upgrade, but I will, eventually. I just want to get to work and back in relative comfort.
It seems the junkyard is the way to go for me, at least for now.
I want to change out the seats in my 2000 Nissan King cab. What years of trucks or pathfinder (or any other vehicle) would bolt up with no mods? The local auto salvage yard said that they can not cross ref. seats in different years and models, surprisingly enough.

:welcome: You could always get a seat cover with a lumbar support in it. :dunno:

You wont know for sure until you either try to test fit another seat or take some measurements of the bolt hole spacing. You can always just drill new holes and mount them with long bolts and nuts going thu the floor pan. My brother did that on a truck he had. I helped him get the bolts tighter down. He slid under the truck and held a wrench on the bolt head while I put the nuts on up top.

Look for some 03-04 SE seats. They will bolt right in and they are a lot more comfy. 98-04 is a direct fit BTW. I believe all of the 99-04 Xterra buckets bolt right in too.

Just to make sure, the 98-04 frontier king cab se seats are all interchangeable, along with the xterra's?
