Other people need to know what kind of crooks they are...

Doug Thorley told us that they were one of their better distributers, but now they can never get a hold of them. I hope that nothing bad has happened to them , and that it is just a misunderstanding. One never likes to see a small business suffer, but at this point they are killing themselves with poor customer service.
