I just came back from the welding shop cause they wanted to me bring them the winch fairlead so they can relocate the hole. I took my camera and snapped some pictures but I don't know if you'd like to see the progress or the entire project completed.
It's your call wanna see some pic's of the progress or no pics untill the hole project is done?.

Winch wouldn't let the hood close so.....
I had the welder cut the front of the bumper and move the winch 4" forward.
I had them fabricate and weld the plate on the corner to even out with the fender flares
When I got there he started fabricating the skid plate I requested.
