July night run
I am going to take another Night run down in Ocotillo. July17th we can meet somewhere around 3-4 pm.
I go down Banner Grade - Hy78 to Ocotillo Wells. I turn up split mountain road toward Fish Creek. We may go into Fish Creek for a little while ( depends on time)
then we head along the railroad tracks on a dirt road (Very Dusty) until we hit the first wash. we then follow the wash to the pole road. we go right on the pole (Very dusty) road until we see the superstition mountain off to the left (about 1.5 hrs) we then go play around in the dunes for as long as we can. next we head out to the paved road (Huff rd) turn right follow Huff rd to old hwy 80. turn right and head towards San Diego. we will get on to I-8 whenever the sign shows up. (Forester rd)
I would think meet in Ramona or at the - hwy 79-78 junction
