Personally... I wouldn't buy anything with that high of mileage unless I had proper maintenance records or knew who's vehicle it was..
If you do, I'd have it taken to a mechanic (preferably a friend) to have a once over

My dad's a mechanic so he knows the in's and out's of most engines. but he told me I should find one around or under 100,000. The only draw back to that is a higher price tag. That's my too biggest factors right now, price and mileage!
