Sucks for the guy trying to appeal all that. Bet it cost him quite a bit more than a speeding ticket in the long run.

He should have STFU and taken his losses.

I have to respectfully disagree.
Sometimes you just have to "STAND UP" and fight for what you "BELIEVE"
Win, lose or draw...it just needs to be done...

I wasn't necessarily referring to the cop and how they handled the situation. Personally, if I was going 20 over the speed limit and got pulled over, I wouldn't try to fight it. If you know you did wrong, you did wrong. It's more a matter of honesty. Maybe that's just how I am.
