Got the bitch dropped this week. Ended up replacing more than I bargained for like always. It was a good even drop but I'm still not totally satisfied with the stance. The front measures lower than the rear but because of the thinner sidewall of the tire I don't have matching gaps between the fender well. So I'm either gonna go with a slightly taller tire in the front or space the rear up a hair. The BMR springs and Bilsteins ride great though, much better than expected.

Well, that was short lived. I couldn't stand the sagging ass look so I pulled out the rear springs and did the "hose mod" on the stock springs. It pretty much replaces the thick spring insulator by coiling heater hose around the top of the spring. The result is about 3/4" of drop compared to the 1 1/4" I gained from the drop springs. Much happier with this stance.



Thanks Jim. I love red, especially on F-Bodies. This is my second red one, but I had a Sunset Orange one several years back which coined my screen name.

Beautiful SS! Love black headlamps on the LS1s. Would love to hear that LM1 full throttle! I miss that GMMG sound from my '02!!
