I haven't had them in snow, they are rated good on both TireRack and Discount. I doubt they will be great on ice though, there isn't a lot of siping in the tread.

The tires listed for $220 apiece (Discount Tire) + mounting/balancing/etc. I traded my stock tires with 3k miles and haggled some with the manager and ended up getting the set for $796 mounted/balanced/out the door.
That's not a bad price! The tires I liked are $200/ea. I'll have to do some reading on both for whenever I actually get to buy tires......which won't be for at least 4yrs.

With the snow and heavy clay mud we have around here, a narrow tire that cuts through and "hits bottom" tends to have more traction than a wide tire which floats on top of the slick stuff. The narrower tires also allow me to run a little taller tire on the stock rims without rubbing on the control arms like some of the wider ones do. I actually have clearance in the fender wells to run an even taller tire, but if I went much wider, I would rub at full lock.

Gotcha. Did you notice any performance decrease from the taller rubber?

I can't really tell much difference. The HEMI with 3.92 gears is a pretty powerful setup to start with, so that helps. I guess it does downshift on some of the steeper hills with cruise set where it used to run up in OD before the tires. I also have to be more careful of my speed since the speedometer is off a few mph now.

They look great!

How much more road noise do they produce over the regular AT's?

They have a little bit of a whine, but not near as bad as most MT's. It is more comparable to the BFG AT's I used to have than it is to the BFG MT (KM) that I had on my 2500.....those tires were fairly loud.

Just looked at the pics when I bought it and there is quite a transformation in a little over a month.
