Need help fast! - Installing GMPP intake

Why so frustrated, it's just a hose.

It's not like the intake didn't fit. Sometimes there are little differences like this between models. Get some hose and all will be good to go!

I spent about an hour figuring out what to do.

It's all good now. I took it for a quick spin, and man does it sound sweet under hard acceleration!

BTW, what's that connection for?

its a breather hose or return line from the pcv valve sensor that should be on the other side of your motor. Both hoses should come from the valve covers.

that hose is to place the crankcase under slight vacuum to prevent it from pressuring it up and blowing a seal. its kinda important.
