I dont have any. The squeak is coming from the front.

My guess is you have squeaky control arm bushings if it is come from the front... Or something else...

Put the truck on jack stands and do some checking around under there.

I've had excellent luck with KYB shocks on several different kinds of vehicles. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
