I do have a home, car and truck...all paid for..."AND" I could write a check for the 90K for a custom truck...but no way "WOULD" I.

Uunless you are really rich, I think it is foolish to spend that kind of money on a silly truck that will barely be drivable on the street when it could be put to so much greater use.

First...how can you put a price tag on something that a husband and wife have a 100% equal and ultimate passion and desire for???...especially considering we hardly ever agree on anything and have finally found something that brings us closer than we have ever been in our marriage...other than our children

Second...So my wife is a fool for being able to finally get something that she has always wanted? "AND" why is the truck silly? "AND" 49" IRoks on 20" lifts are not barely drivable...they are actually quite nice considering the size

2 1/2 tons arent legal in texas?? why not??? its just an axle... all military truck have em?? they do everything just like a normal axle except are ALOT stronger... and just look mean. Especially with a big pinion brake up front. It would look sick with 2 1/2's

he really loves his four grandsons ages 11mo, 2 yr, 3 yr, and 4yr.

Congrats on the kids man, my suggestion is build the truck if she wants it, but since the truck is going to be literally ripped apart and have obviously no warranty...then just buy a used one and the cash you save set up a college fund for your kids.

So, when is this build gonna begin?

Well...I spoke to her father about it and he is ok with it....but...

He wants to come down and look with us and make sure we get a good deal at the dealership...

The problem with that is the following...He is head of security at the DOE in Oakridge TN and basically married to his job...He is "supposed" to come to the conroe bass tourney oct 16-18 and be down for a couple weeks...during this time he will go look at the trucks, land and homes etc...

Sooo that is what we are waiting on now...mean time im gonna keep pressing for him to come sooner...
