Disgusting enough that they have already switched some of their silky sixes for crappy fourbangers with boost.

Europeans don't care too much about # of cylinders as we do, there are even plans for a few 3-cylinder engines to be released by BMW and Mercedes-Benz :facepalm:

But actually some turbocharged 4-bangers are not so bad as you may think, altough they don't seem to have too much "cool factor" :dunno:

I'll pass. Nothing can replace the silky smooth power delivery of a well engineered inline six.

Didn't say it'd be my first choice, just saying I'll drive anything that's fun and performs. I'm just not hung up on cylinder count.

I liked the V12 in my old XKE.... That was a smooth engine.
Sometimes wish I still had it...
