HAHAHAHAH Dave you just made me soil my pants. And yes I have seen that huge chick there, she is a giant!! She is pretty cool though, had a conversation with her before.

I need to change my exhaust exit location, because being dumped at the start of the bed, the diesel smell is really starting to seep into the cab, especially when idling. People told me this was going to happen but I took the chance. So I was think I'm going to have to route it back to the stock location or what if I went straight back and had slant cut tip aimed down right in the middle where the spare tire use to be? This is probably hard to picture but I've seen it on many trucks. Or there is also the possibility of dual tips, one on each side behind the tires I can't decide, but my local exhaust shop is going to do the work as soon as I make up my mind, pretty inexpensive.

Do you have a CAT on the truck? That will cut down on exhaust smell the most things (granted a cat makes it smell like propane not diesel )

The way it looks in your garage picture is that the exhaust tip is pointed straight down from the bend. Kick it out so the end is at least even with the body so it will clear the vehicle. Then the exhaust will clear the body and should stop it rolling back into the cab.

If you put the exhaust under the bed make sure your not dumping on your axle or any of your brake lines. The soot will coat em and make em a beast to work on.

No, there is no cat. When I got the truck, the cat had already been removed by the previous owner and Nevada doesn't require F350 or above to be smogged so I left it as-is.

The tip is a 45degree bent tip so it kinda shoots down and back, but not straight down. The soot is already covering my axle and the pass. side shock so I think I would just rather put it out the back.

If the soot is still hitting the axle you don't have it far enough out.

If you clear the body it'll stop.

Mine was backing the rear end tell I got the tip on there and moved it out a few inches.

Maybe I'm not following or you may be confused. My exhaust is dumped under the cab, right after the rear pass. door or where the bed begins.....so it points right towards the rear shock that faces towards the front of the vehicle.
This is another reason why I want to move it to after/behind the rear axle, so the fumes and soot are expelled out the back of the truck instead of directly underneath where it can get in through the vents in the cab wall.

Here you can see the tip, it is aimed right towards the shock/axle

At least for one thing he wouldn't be switching out and replacing driveshafts...
