E/Fan's have a lot of pluses, I'm running an efan from an 01 Cobra Mustang, I have it wired, for a manual over ride, to take care of the very problem you are talking about, on my fan, it has two pig tails, one for lower speed fan ops, and one for high speed, on the mustang, when you select A/C, it use's the high speed side, which is the side I wired into, I also have an adjustable sending unit, in the water passage, so I can dial in any temp. I want, for my fan to come on, which it never dose, unless, I have been running at highway speed, and come to a long stop light, in 80 degree plus weather, then it will kick on, temp drops like right now, and fan kicks off, this all happens in about 20 seconds.
Another benefit, hot day = hot truck, go hit the starter, kick on the e/fan...instant cold air...it's all about getting air to move through your condenser.
I'm guessing, an e/fan would solve your problem.....my 2 cents

Thanks guys what about the radiator that I listed what do you think of it? Also my stat is a 160' due to my Hypertech chip so when I see 210 im like watch out. I also have a electric fan in my garage I think it's from a 240Z I might just install in just to help with this summer heat.

I going to start saving my coins for the new radiator since my tanks are plastic and it's 17 years old. I do have a new flex-fan and spacer in my garage but I wanted to keep it OEM with the HD fan clutch. Who thinks a direct fan set up would be better? Getting back to the electric fan I just can't run a hot wire and ground to it right don't I need to buy a electric fan kit for the relay?
Thanks again! GMC :)

Not trying to rain on your parade...but...
The radiator in your link .. in the first post...is a "SINGLE CORE" radiator...:dunno:

If it was me..and I was spending the money for a new radiator...I would want at least "2" cores...maybe more.

Two or even three cores don't cost "ALL THAT MUCH" more than a single core.
Then you would have much more "RESERVE COOLING CAPACITY" to the the entire system.

Ans, as for the original question about hitting 210... Thats really no big deal.
And one other thing to remember...when idling...the AC compressor is turning "REALLY SLOW"
That may be why it is only blowing "COOL" when idling.
My 2006 Chevy does the same thing...from day 1 when I bought it new.
I can mash the gas a little bit when idling to bring the RPM up a bit...and the AC cools better.

The A/C in my truck is so cold, you can cut glass with your nipples. :D

Mine too

That's why girls always get to ride shotgun :naughty:

FYI, e-fans can't flow as much air as the mechanical fan... Even with the high speed or second fan kicking in...

But still... On GM's with factory e-fans, the second fan doesn't kick in until 210...
