George, if it is just siezed or snapped off in the housing, it can be repaired. Once you have the cover off get us some pictures of it.

If there is enough of the bolt sticking out, I have had great luck welding a nut on the broken bolt, and getting them out.

You could also drill it and use an easy-out or just drill and re-tap the hole as long as it is just a cover bolt.

yeah its just a cover bolt, or what i can do is just keep the one i have and just pick up a ring and pinion from the yard and change my front gears to 3.54?
