My DRL's quit working, any ideas?

I'm actually been thinkin about rewiring them to work with my parking lights and turn signals. Basically, to be just like the light on a gmt400 truck.

I wanted to do that to my '99 but I sold it before I got around to doing it.

Reminds me of the time a woman came into my shop for a state safety inspection with very similar damage (no flashlights) and was OUTRAGED that I failed her without even pulling the car into the bay.
