i installed a clarion in my sis-in-laws car last night. we got it for her from "santa". i liked it, but the eq was weird, not bad, just weird. accessed teh ipod very quickly thru the usb.

This one has the usb in the back, you can access the ipod the same way.

yeah, i think of it this way. it is something that every diesel could use, the 6.0 just could use it more... and i can clean up the engine and install a EGR delete while i am at it.

05 is the year they started changing things on the 6.0. 06 and 07 are the safest years. Go with some arp studs and an EGR delete and it should be just fine.

that seems to be what i have heard also. looks like they are almost not shitty in 05. its all fixable and when its done, you can boost away.. i like to mod and this is a worth while adventure in my eyes. a allison would be nice to squeeze behind the 6.0 though

oh and you have seen some wicked diesels, this wont be brought to that level.. just a DD
