Hmmm... I'll have to check out Umbertos truck at the show coming up. I know he has his Line-X'd too so they match his other tube accessories, i never thought about doing that for increased traction though. And the steps + line-x total will be half the price of the Amp steps (but the amp steps are almost completely hidden when not in use which helps make the truck look "taller" too.... well now i have something to think about all winter )

You could also just get the step pads sprayed, shouldn't cost much at all.

gotta put my two cents in, i prefer a bigger tire and smaller wheel, but thats prob cause i tend to run over large objects at high speed huh? my only other complaint is the front end just seems kinda blank to me, its all so bright, i like the stock tails on the truck but i feel there could be darker accents in the headlights, for example many owners of an 05-07 superduty swap the stock headlights for the harley edition headlights which have a black back ground, i think something similar to that might set your truck apart from the rest, and i'm not saying buy some silly looking black projectors, if it were me i'd probably get ambitious one day and take the lenses off and try to paint select parts of the background
