I've known a few dealers who lost cars in this fashion... after paying good money for them and getting legitimate paperwork. It's warm and fuzzy to see the guy get his old car back, but the dealer gets fucked in the process for not doing anything wrong.

Cool but wouldnt his insurance company be who owns it now since Im assuming he made a claim and was compensated for it already?
