Well, the search is over! Ended up buying the above kawasaki for 3500! Will have pics tomorrow or friday.

I hate 4t bikes...

I also prefer the 2-stroke ones, but currently the manufacturers are turning even more into the 4-stroke because it seems more profitable for them. The main complaint about 2-strokes reliability is mainly because they demand the air filter to be perfect since the intake goes thru the crankcase.

But a Kawasaki is still cool...

Thanks guys I'm pretty pumped. I'm takin it out to the trails sunday with a couple buddies, I'll try and remember some pics!
