Well, went to look at the honda today and was again dissapointed, hope a trend isn't starting to appear. The plastic was pretty scratched so it looked like it had been dumped a few times. Took my Dad a while to start it after I couldn't get it going. Didn't run very good either, the chain was loose, sprocket in pretty bad shape and the clutch needed adjusting. Wasn't the worst bike ever but not worth $4k.
On the way back we stopped to look at an 06 KXF 250 Kawasaki and it was in pretty nice shape. Tires were good, good sprockets and the chain was tight like it should be. The guy said he installed a new clutch last year after the original owner burnt it up. Overall nice shape but we couldn't get it to start since it had been sitting for a year after the guy got a bummed up knee. Looks like a good bike though and when he gets it going we are going to go back and look at it so that may be the one if it runs good.
