You need to get a thread chaser and clean out all the bolt holes that got painted in.

Personal preference. you can always build one if you have any scrap metal and a welder laying around.

That's rough. IMO, i'd use a 320 brush. There is not to do or take off on them.

Use plenty of oil.

have been looking for an engine stand , beleive it or not the shop I opend up me motor in dont have one they assymble it on the fucking ground / or table

and a tool store told me they will have it today and they didnt , them fuckers

You should be doing that dry, without assembly lube.
