One-way just sends signals to the car. Two-ways can receive signals from the car so the remote can tell you whether the car responded or not and in the case of the 5301, whether or not the car is at temp.
Thats kind of cool.
It's especially cool when you can't see or hear the vehicle to verify any other way.
Let us know what kinda range you get on your viper in a concrete parking garage. Mine isnt far at all thru thick concrete walls.
It will work for like a frikkin 1/2 mile tho in an open parking lot.
But I hear the two way range (of the truck sending a signal to the remote) is much farther than the range of the remote sending a signal to the truck.
