K1500 Turbo ?

I dont know much about turbos. thinking about it to help boost it a little and up the chance of trading or selling it. when the time comes so i can get a new project. it says 2.0-3.5L displacement but on the homepage said it would fit a k1500 . i wasn't sure if that was for the turbo or the motor displacement. help me out some here guys.

Turbo would give you a boost in power, but if you really want a solid kit look over on performancetrucks.net, KBRacing and Trick Performance are just 2 of the turbo guys that come to mind. They build kits specifically for the GM trucks.

well i was just wondering if this kit would be ok for a weekend truck till it's gone. it's only 550. i'm really wanting to get it finished to sell or trade for a jeep to work on

Well if that's the case do it, it would be a good introduction to turbos. Be prepared for a lot of fabricating on the hot and cold pipes though. It could be fun.

Yeh, I'd love to get maggie but I don't want to go overkill on this truck. I don't plan to have it for ever, I already have way too much money in it but o well
