Yeh, I'd love to get maggie but I don't want to go overkill on this truck. I don't plan to have it for ever, I already have way too much money in it but o well

dont we all :tmc: thats what makes it fun and something to be proud of though. hell i'm wanting to boost one to trade for a already lifted cj7 .

it says 2.0-3.5L displacement but on the homepage said it would fit a k1500 :dunno:. i wasn't sure if that was for the turbo or the motor displacement.

Maybe if you would go with one turbo for each half of the engine :wtf?:

Turbos are cool but this one seems to be not so suitable for a K1500.

Supercharger > Turbo

A supercharger can look cool but the turbo uses some energy that would be just wasted while the supercharger requires a small amount of power from the engine itself to run. But since the supercharger doesn't suffer a phenomenon similar to the turbo-lag it's an advantage...

S/C = lower in the power band right?
Turbo = higher in the power band?
It all depends, being that a supercharger is based off of the RPM of the engine it really depends on your setup. Roots and Screw type blowers can create a great amount of power lower in the powerband, where as centrifugal type superchargers like the RPM.

A proper setup on a modern V8 should have little to no turbo lag.

He's putting it on himself next week on our week off and I think he found a pretty good guy to tune it in Calgary as well. When it's done I'll try and get a video of it driving. Here's some pics. He's lowered it, HID's, header back magnaflow exhaust (sounds unreal). That's all i know of. This is it when he got it in the summer.
