Now that you mention, they all have been somewhat square for as long as I can remember ('73 was before my time ).

Evidently GM's designers did not perfect this game when they were children. They keep wanting to put the round peg in the square hole. They did the same thing to my air dam.

I guess I'll have to check that out when I install the one I have in a box in the white Tahoe.
