I was reading the comments on "Entrapment"
On 64 East towards Asheboro there is a black ZR1 with tinted windows that pulls up to lights next to Crotch Rockets and basically anything that looks like the driver wants to race...
He will rev the engine and people drive off like they were at the drag strip. He then pulls them over...

Wouldn't entrapment be if they FORCED you to speed?
Like, say if they kept creeping up on your bumper until you either get hit, or speed up?

Actually not. Since nobody is supposed to speed. It's just like to leave a Honda Accord with a GPS and remote locking doors somewhere a crackhead would want to steal an Accord - if the guy wasn't an outlaw he wouldn't get trapped...
I'll take Indiana off my list of states to visit.
Those unmarked Mustangs are out this weekend too. I went up to Fishers Friday night and saw two different cars with folks pulled over. Both were blue. Saturday I saw a red one (which did get me once in the past haha). Beware!
I've seen one just like this recently as well with lights going and someone pulled over. Sneaky bastards.

Back here there are not too many pursuit-dedicated vehicles. I have seen only a few BMWs but they're probably scrapped somewhere because police vehicles usually have the maintenance very neglected 
Have you ever driven in Indy?
Traffic going 85mph. Speed limit 65. Then Construction Zone at 45 mph. $400 ticket.
