Back to the Binder's brake job..
Found more work to do. See that open hole, that's where the brake pin use to be.
I pressed it out drilled a new hole 3/4" further up on the oem K15 arm.
Pressed it in and welded the back side ...
This was done to have a better working angle for the pushrod ..
What I has before wasn't going to work, pushrod was binding haft stroke .
With the new pin location the pushrod can do it's thing full travel ...
Made a gasket for the plate to firewall ..
Just for keeping water from getting in the cab ...
I'm trying to figure out how to get 110 lbs of torque on the nut that holds the hydroboost to the special made plate without spending big $$ ..
Amazon has one ...
A bit pricey ..
Might have to torque it down too two grunts and a fart ....
