A friend had these tall boy aftermarket valve covers ...
Think I like the no name factory GM grooved covers better ..
Do a powder coat finish in satin black and net a back to new look ..
Although I like the logo ones...except for the visible welds, I think the grooved ones would look better.

The choice has been made ...
Will use the GM cast shorty covers ... The price was much less than the Bowtie tall covers ...

And I found a 4 bolt main 454 block ... This will change how the motor will be built ... Thinking about doing a stroker net 496 cubes ...
