Well you didnt say which truck so I'd spend it on my 85. The other one is in a rut, tired of looking at it.
I'd get a complete new paint job, all new tires, all new body molding and trim, I'd buy a 4L80e for it for overdrive with a stand alone controller.
If anything was left I'd by new bumpers, new grille, a reciever hitch.....
