yeah it will definitly stop the movement of the idler arm support. Im pretty confident in that.

mainly because of the weight of the tires... but if you have any big after market wheels or etc... i would recommend this support. hell... it wouldnt hurt on a stock truck either really.. but if you stick bigger tires on it at all.. i would definitly do it... i should have taken a video of mine.. the flex it had.. it was nuts. good 1/4 inch each way.. doesnt seem like much.. but steel shouldnt move like that.

and it would eventually break... which is not a good thing!
