Try this one clown. 13in x 4.5, 4x114.3, and center hole is 2 1/4-1/2 or 57-63mm. All came up with in cross reference that was close was a 91-93 geo metro conv.

Does this sticker mean anything on what brand it goes to?

I think that shows the quality inspection or something. But it has chinese or japanese on it so a foreign car none the less
