The phone support ... Well lack there of. When I ran into the reverse polarity issue, I called and was on hold for 15-20 minutes before I gave up.

I never had to call them, but their email support is certainly lacking too. I really have no desire to do business with them anymore, but unfortunately I'm having a hard time finding another vendor that matches the quality and price of their kits. VVME comes close though.

Nice write up John. It sucks to hear you're not very pleased with it as of yet.

I had to speak to them over the phone once, they were very helpful. Most of the bad reviews are because people did what you did, just plugged the ballasts in wrong. They make a good kit that lasts, I always buy from them.

Besides waiting on hold for some one to never answer promptly, I have no problem with them.

I can't blame them for my disappointment on how the lights look. My expectations were different, since they performed better on some other members threads. Can't expect to put a HID conversion in a lens designed for a halogen bulb. This will take some more research and engineering on my end. As the clown stated, I may need some clear lenses.

Pretty damn cool! I bet they would be even better in some clear aftermarket housings!
I probably need them. I am disappointed so far. I still need to check the glare on these things. I don't want to be one of them f'tards blinding everyone.

These are the two reasons the proper housings are a must to get the best of HIDs

You might be surprised what a good polishing of the OEM housings will do. Even when they aren't dull they have a pretty good haze on them.

Yup...working on it.

They are crystal clear, minus the lovebugs.
