Got my flasher ordered and shipped out this morning so hopefully it will be here by the weekend.


I hear you. I think the 2ohm sub is worth it. I believe the reason I went with the 2ohm is because there are a lot more options for amplifiers @ 4ohms.

I had my 12'' CVR wired to 2ohm and I think that's what I'll be going with on my next install. I'm trying to find a good headunit within the $250-$300 range. Probably going with either a Pioneer or Kenwood, maybe Alpine.

I haven't heard good things about the DDM kits. :dunno:
It's really a crap shoot and most of the problems with DDM kits are user errors on the install. I have had mine over a year and not a single problem with mine. :dunno:

55W is "supposed" to be brighter but honestly i have 35w 5000k in my low and 55w 5000k in my highs and the low beams are just as bright as the highs. Although these are not DDM and in stock housing.
