What the hell?
It can be powerful but when the blowers start to get too much high, in this case almost at the cab's height, it starts to look ugly. I would prefer a turbo setup, since it would look cleaner.

Ya for sure he's got something way different in mind doesn't he? I'm sure its the look he wants, and he wants it "superoverstated" and he's succeeded for sure. I'm with you about twin turbos etc. Always loved a blower and it will always be classic/can't wrong etc. But myself I'm gettting more interest in the hi tech computerized turbo motors. And for sure they look so clean and "low profile for sure". Later in this group of photos there's truck? black 57Chevy? Ford? Something similar and if I recall he put two blowers side by side. Also way out and cool and of course he'll have a easier time seeing over all from the engine compartment. Any of those big prostreet hood scoops and or out of the hood blowers must almost require a passenger to help one navigate on a city street. Wow, think of that blind spot from the drivers view? It would sure make me nervous. I've seen trucks/cars on the street with a big scoop and such/I'd be nervous/it would be "stressful". I've got a chopped truck and even that took some relearning at how "not to change lanes so much" etc. Gotta be more careful/hard to see/bigger blind spots etc. Of course this truck here is a Show Truck and a "statement" almost like a sculpture. Not really for driving.

And now that turbo-lag has been atenuated by newer controllers turbocharged engines had been taken more seriously as a viable option to downsize. I like blowers but considering they take power out of the engine and turbos use energy that would be just wasted it appeals more reasonable.
