120 is a good number for hub bearings depending on what you put them through, it's all subjective.
That is a good thread, and if you plan on keepin the truck I would go for the hub bearings.
Have the rotors mic'd, if they are turnable go for it, rotors arent that expensive online however.
I would blast the caliper unless there is a genuine issue with that one side in question, if the piston is hanging, dump it for a new or ReMan
