Is there a way to reset the needle if some one pulled it off once without marking it?

The only way I know of is to manually calibrate the needles with the truck running. You will need a scan tool that will tell you the RPM's, temp, etc. The speedo will be tricky since you will need the truck moving. Do it with a GPS to tell you the speed on a straight empty highway with the cruise control on. And for the fuel gauge, fill it up and move the needle to full.

Yea that's what I was afraid of. A while back I moved my fuel gauge needle. Now it reads kinda funky

You can guess a little and follow these instructions and eye ball the zero mark. I have the calibration sheet for the GMT-800.

Well just fill your tank completely, and move the needle manually to just a hair past the full mark.
