I think I see the Denali cluster in my future! :D

Thats what I'd like to do as well. I think the Escalde cluster (the 2002 one anyway, which is the only one that would work on mine) is too gaudy looking. I like the Denali cluster a lot. Its similar to the stock one, but it has matte gray guages instead of black, and the needles are white instead of orange. Plus the Denali is a 120mph cluster, and mine is only 100mph. :thumbs:

Nice write up, thanks! When you added the new cluster, did you add the sensor so the transmission temp guage would work?

You don't have to. To upgrade to a trans temp guage ALL you have to do is swap clusters. The sending unit and wiring is all there already. :thumbs: Except on a cluster without the trans temp guage, the sending unit will only trigger a high temp warning light.

Great pictures too. The upgrade looks really good... really worth the trouble and expense.
