I want to do a SAS on my 98 Dakota but I want 3/4 ton axles. Does your truck not clear 31's already? I run 31x10.5 R15s but want to go to 33s.

Oh and thats a pretty stout looking bumper too!

If your going to do 3/4 ton axles on a Dakota keep in mind you will have to shorten the axles, they will be too wide and stick out to far.

Thats the idea. Allows me to run wider tires and still get some turning radius

Go big, do 2.5 tons. :jester:

Oh how I wish:drool:

Theres a couple guys on 2 other forums that are doing SAS on dakotas.

ah i doubt it plus i think it would look and be a better vehicle over all with the swap, lol i think 2.5 ton axles will be a little big ther alljacked up, maybe in future when i gots more money i may upgrade to something bigger if i even still have the truck.
