Be ready to get pretty angry at the one on the passenger side up against the firewall. I was cussing and throwing tools around. My wife heard the ruckus and ran out the house cuz she though I hurt myself. :rollin:

I figure that one is going to be a pain in the ass. I was looking at them the other day, and said :wtf?:, that one might give me a challenge.

Jeff, get a piece of fuel hose and put it over the end of the spark plug and use it to guide the plug into place and start the threads. That way you can't cross thread as easy since the plug will spin in the hose but the hose is flexible to where you can use it to move the plug around at angles. I just did my trucks and all of them were easy to get to, even the passenger side rear plug.

Torque spec is 11 ft-lbs, just FYI, no need for an inch-pound wrench. I always just go until snug, never had any issues on either engine.

You must have hands the size of a 7 year old boy then.

And never, ever (did I say never?), under any circumstances, try changing them while the engine is even lukewarm. Wait until it's stone cold before changing them.

Did I say NEVER?

I really mean it.

NEVER

Thanks guys. I think I can handle it. And Dan, I do know that all I had to do was divide by 12 on a ft lb wrench.
