I've seen the name on a lot of bargain brand tool websites. I'd assume it is a Chinese offering.

They go by Neiko Tools USA but me thinketh the USA part is a bit like a rodeo clown... to distract you from the Made in China labels.

I have not heard of it. Do you need one that has that large of a spread for torque values? I was able to pick up one at the local Car Quest and had it verified on base while I was still in the Air Force and it was accurate. The price wasn't to bad, about the same. Just an option.

We have a Carquest here in town. In fact, a buddy of mines family owns the business. I mainly want it for the plugs on my truck. I'm not used to aluminum heads, and don't want to over tighten the new plugs and take a chance on cracking a head. :dunno:

Just spin those plugs in until the washer contacts the head and then give them 1/3 turn. They will feel snug but not all that tight. Works like a champ.

 I may give it a try. I'm just used to the old iron heads. I need to take a day and do the plugs and wires and clean the damn wheel speed sensors.

If you spin them in with a socket on an extension, you can feel them touch the head. Give them a decent snug with the ratchet and they will be fine. You don't want to tighten the crap out of them on aluminum heads but they are not all that fragile. Once they are good and snug, they aren't going to back out.

OK, thanks Jim. I just rolled over 100k in the bitch. I already have the Delco plugs and Delphi Packard wires.
